Freestanding Starbucks with Drive-Thru, Cicero, IL

Vequity recently developed a new Starbucks located at 3316 S. Cicero Avenue in Cicero, IL. The freestanding 2,300 SF restaurant with a drive-thru is located on a Walmart outlot and is joined by Wendy's. Vequity Construction provided the ground-up full site construction for the retail structure.
