New Starbucks with Modified NNN 15 Year Lease

Vequity recently developed a new Starbucks located at 4751 S Central Avenue, Chicago. The freestanding 2,300 SF restaurant with a drive-thru is located immediately south of I-55 and less than 1.5 miles north of Midway International Airport. Vequity Construction provided the ground-up full site construction for the retail structure.
